Going back to the prohibition era, where alcohol was banned in the US, multiple bars had to close or stop selling booze; train bars weren’t the exception.
As for every restriction there is a resistance, an underground market for alcohol consumption emerged.
D Bar recaptures a moment of rebellion where the foundations of mixology started. As soon as you cross D’s door, get ready to immerse yourself into a journey of a 1920s train cocktail bar.
The Sangaree is a classic cocktail which essentially contains brandy and port wine. In our Twisted Classics section, you may dare to experience a huge twist on this traditional drink by savoring a gentle mix of Bianco and Rosso vermouths, the tropical flavors of Passoã Passionfruit Liqueur and the aromas and intensity of fortified port wine.
The original Daiquiri was reconstructed by our team, turning a popular recipe into an exciting Ancho Reyes based cocktail; with a hint of tropical mango, citrus lime and panamanian chili syrup.
Inspired on the mezcal princess smoky, hot & spicy, this mezcal drink brings a pause to the hustle and bustle of the day; because as they say typically in Mexico “para todo mal Mezcal y para todo bien tambien”. The tub is covered by pineapple bubbles and a “guayaba” spicy surprise in it.
Back to Roots is grounded on herbal, botanic and fresh essence. The tarragon, pink pepper and homemade portobello mushroom bitter dashes are infused in this drink to display a cocktail which rose from our land.
Reservations will only be accepted via online, for a maximum of 6 people per table.

Our schedule is from Tuesday to Thursday from 6 to 12 noon.
Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 2am.
